warm welcome fresh fruit heated pool huge selection

The staff welcomed us warmly, the hotel was super clean. we received fresh fruit and desserts upon arrival, i appreciated the thoughtful touch. my room included an outdoor heated pool with a sun lounge. breakfast offered a huge selection. I enjoyed fresh coffee each morning.

the gym's equipment was a little dated though it was functional.

The staff provided prompt assistance. They handled requests efficiently. maria, a manager, offered helpful advice for local excursions. i found everyone to be attentive without being intrusive. It enhanced my stay.

perfect location warm gesture deceiving pictures lacked privacy

i found the location perfect it was accessible to many activities. activities companies provided pick up and drop off services. the staff looked after us well. we checked in late yet they readily offered us snacks a very warm gesture

i stayed for seven nights and believe the hotel is closer to a four-star rating than five. pictures on the website can be deceiving. i booked a room with a private pool and inland view but it lacked privacy. it was overlooked by other rooms
